Refund Policy



I do not accept returns or cancellations, unless the product has a defect or was damaged during the shipping process.  I will be happy to offer an exchange for something different or store credit.

Ring Sizes

It is important to know your correct ring size.  I am not able to resize.

All fingers are different, I suggest going to a local jeweler to find the exact size.



For an exchange, please contact me no later than 7 days of delivery, and ship the item back within 14 days.

Items need to be shipped back in the same condition that it was received, and in its original packaging. If item is not returned in same condition, the buyer will be responsible for full value of item.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. 


Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Free shipping with minimum order of $100.00

Orders under $100.00 will ship economy with a flat rate of $10.00.  If you would prefer priority shipping that includes up to $50 of insurance, send me an email.

At this time, I am shipping within U.S only and will be using USPS for delivery service.

I am not responsible for lost or stolen items once they are shipped by me. 

Packages are double boxed for damage security.
